Dr. Panagiotis Plageras holds a degree from the Department of Biochemistry – Clinical Chemistry of the University of Sofia, from where he received his master’s degree in Biochemistry – Clinical Chemistry. His doctorate was in the field of Molecular Diagnostics and more specifically in the prenatal control of cystic fibrosis.
